Once I started researching plant based oils I was amazed to find the endless benefits they carry - from antioxidants to fatty acids, anti inflammatory properties and UV protection. This is ancient medicine and old remedies. Not only this they are multi tasking geniuses… Oils can cleanse, heal and moisturise. They can balance skin that’s out of sync and they can soothe skin conditions. With so many benefits it seems superfluous to have so many bottles and jars in our bathrooms. Why have one product for face and another for body?
